Justseeds
Justseeds is a decentralized collective of 41 artists committed to social, environmental, and political activism through printmaking and visual art. With a focus on grassroots movements, they create bold, thought-provoking works that challenge injustice and inspire resistance. Their collaborative approach fosters a community of artists dedicated to using art as a tool for social change.
Since the collective is decentralized, their website is a great place to see what they are involved in and producing. They manage a blog to share the art and work of artists worldwide as well as an online storefront that sells the works of the artists in the collective. The members are scattered around North America but work together as “similarly minded printmakers” in order to inspire grassroots change in their communities. Justseeds creates a community for these artists all working in their respective cities.
